The good thing about it is that if they are not carrying a specific brand or part, they can refer you to vendors who do. It's an online shop only. However, there are plenty of payment options such Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Unfortunately, they don't support American Express nor do they accept cheques. Even the ordering is online. Just log on and fill up their order form and you will receive a notification when your estimated delivery date will be.

I have been a member for some time. I love having barbeques so I constantly change parts. I have been ordering from this site for some time and I am happy with it. For one, they do as they say. My first order was a grill and it arrived within five days as expected. To think they had to ship it from Florida.

I really like it and to think this is very affordable. I have to say though, that it is not outstanding aesthetically which does not really matter so much to me because at the end of the day, I need my grill to cook well which it does so far.

I just make it a point to wash it regularly and it looks as good as new every time. They say that it is okay to clean it twice a year but I clean it quarterly because I also use it more often than usual.

I have ordered other parts since then and I commend their customer service. I am always attended and they don't stop until my demands are met. As I've said, I highly recommend Members Mark Grill Parts.
